We will need a space at your home to place the foldable massage bed which needs a space of 230 cm lenght and 120 cm width, alternatively, we can use your own bed or a comfotable sofa or a recliner chair.
No. Any clothes you feel comfortable with is enough.
You will feel very relaxed and probably you fall asleep, however there are some people who report to feel some heat where energy is been applied.
Our pets are more sensitive to energy than humans and may become anxious during your session, which could disrupt your relaxation as you experience deep energetic shifts. So ideally they should stay in a different room.
